If you're free on December 15th, come check out the Winter Arts Showcase at the WHS Cafeteria. It will feature holiday performances by the Ukulele Class, Chorus, Band, and various art from the art classes will be on display as well. It starts at 6pm and music performances will start at 7pm. All Juniors....! Our class would like to celebrate the ending of this school years first semester with a free Movie Night! Class of 2020 will be watching an outdoor movie, playing games, eating, and enjoying being together as a class on Friday December 14th from 6-9pm @ A and B Courtyard. Make sure you stop by Burley's at P-20 to get a flyer and parent permission form. This is a 2020 Searider only event, and going to be good fun! No miss out on this memory maker.
Students are not allowed to sell anything for personal profit in school at anytime. Food items such as musubis, lollipops, fried rice or other items are NOT allowed on campus for sale. If a student is caught selling items on campus, these items may be confiscated and the student may be subject to disciplinary action.

Senior Council will be taking care of cap and gown ordering in Shop 2 on Friday, Dec. 7 from lunch time to 3 p.m. This will be the last day to order in school. If you can't make it on Friday, you can still order online, mail in your order to Heroff Jones, or drop off your order to Shop 2. The deadline for orders will be December 28. Orders placed after this date will be charged a late fee.

Every 1st Friday we play music by the front office. Please join us at 7:40am on Friday Dec. 7th to dance the Cha-cha slide. We also want to recognize our Fall Sports athletes, so if you played a Fall sport, come out to be recognized.
The Caring Communities Curriculum for Youth Suicide Prevention is a suicide prevention and wellness program. This community program is youth-led that focuses on real life situations that youth face and about the Sources of Strength that are often helpful in these situations. Youth in the program will build leadership skills within their communities that help them develop prevention activities, create/share messages of hope and hold school/community campaigns. This program is open to both students and adults. We meet every second and last Thursday of every month after school from 2:00p-3:30p in B-104. *Second meeting happening on Nov. 29th – 2:00p-3:30p in B-104. Just a friendly reminder that Source of Strength Support group will be having our second youth group meeting this Thursday, November 29th from 2:30p-3:30p in B-104. Please feel free to join us with your fellow students. Please also help to spread the word and invite any students that is needing a support group to help them through any issues their facing.
