YMCA College Camp is looking for students with a 2.0 GPA to apply for a chance to have a week long college experience at UH Manoa June 1-June 8, 2019. You will be able to stay at the residences halls, eat in the college cafeteria, and speak with college admissions counselors to get your foot in the door early. Get an application from Mrs Tapeni at the Sophomore Academy Office, deadlines for applications are April 19, 2019
Juniors & Seniors: Applications for the Ma‘o Farms Spring Break Internship are in the CCC. Work on the farm during spring break, receive a paid stipend, and gain leadership skill and work experience
Juniors of native Hawaiian ancestry: Applications are out for the Laupa'e 3-day summer program at UH Manoa which is from June 12 to June 15.. Live in the dorms, explore majors, and participate in cultural activities. Application deadline is April 5 and applications are in the CCC.
Seariders, tickets are now on sale for the Spring Dance on March 15th. Please see Ms. Alcos in room P10 to purchase or visit us under the cafe lanai. Tickets are $5. Bring your cowboy boots and permission slips!
For all classes- Both Freshman/Sophomore Banquet and Prom Appeal forms are out. If you have exceeded the number of unexcused absences and tardies to attend the banquet or prom, you must submit an appeal. Appeal forms are available in the front office, your academy offices and have been sent to you through your email accounts. Banquet and Prom Appeals will be accepted starting Monday, March 4 through Friday, March 8 only. If you have any questions or concerns, please see the admin responsible for your grade level.
There will be an informational meeting for students interested in running for student leadership positions for Class and Student Union Councils on Tuesday, March 5 during lunch in Shop 2. Petitions will also be distribute starting March 5

Juniors: If you plan to attend a 4-year university and want to become a U.S. Navy officer, sign up for a presentation in the CCC about the U.S. Navy ROTC Scholarship program.
Juniors: Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, a college that is part of the CSU (California State University) system is giving a presentation on February 21st. Sign up in the CCC.
Petitions packets for juniors and seniors interested in running for the Prom Court are available for pick up at the Student Activities Office in Shop 2 from now to Jan. 30, 2019.

METS students are invited to participate in campus tours of UH Mānoa School of Ocean and Earth Science and Technology and Hawaiʻi Pacific University on Wednesday, November 28.
Free buffet lunch will be provided at a UHM student cafeteria. If you're not in METS yet, come to the CCC for an application.
