Join us for a Day of Service at Waiʻanae Kai Forest Reserve!

Aloha Parents & Guardians,
I'm excited to invite you and your ʻohana to a wonderful community event on February 8th, 2025. Let's come together for a day of service as we work alongside Hawaiian Electric employees and their families to create a green break at the beautiful Waiʻanae Kai Forest Reserve (sign-up link).
Enjoy the stunning views of our coastline while giving back to our community!
Here are the details:
  • Date: February 8th, 2025
  • Location: Waiʻanae Kai Forest Reserve
  • Activity: Creating a green break (more details to come!)
To participate:
Please RSVP by January 31 and sign two waivers: one for Hawaiian Electric and one for Waiʻanae Kai Forest Reserve.
  • E-Signing: You can email me the completed waivers.
  • Paper Forms: Please print, sign, and turn in the forms by January 31st, 2025 at 3:00 PM.

THE Y TEEN CLUB PROVIDES:
  • • Academic Support: Excel in your studies with our comprehensive homework assistance and study sessions.
  • • Mentorship: Learn to set and achieve goals related to academic, physical, mental, and social-emotional well-being.

Kaleo O Wai'anae is the official online home of Wai'anae High School.  It is designed and managed by our nationally recognized, integrated, multi-media journalism program Searider News, a major elective in the Searider Productions program.  We produce daily, bi-monthly, monthly, periodical and yearly publications as a service to our school and community.
