Book Sale at Waianae Public Library

10/28/2021

The Book Nook in the lobby at the Wai`anae Public Library has hundreds of gently used books we would love to see in the hands of our local students.  During the COVID shutdown, the librarians culled their young adult and juvenile collections.  We are trying to find homes for these treasures.  During November all children's and young adult books are 10 cents each.

However,  if your teachers want to come in and gather books for their classrooms or individual students, there will be NO CHARGE.  The teachers can contact me by phone, text, or email for more information or to give me their name which I will forward  to the librarians so those books will be free.

There are geography, science and Native American, remarkable people, careers picture and poetry books; as well as upper elementary  and young adult fiction.
