Yearbook Choice 1:
- Boys- white collared shirt with black suit and tie
- Girls- black drape
- Background: Moonlight Neutral
Cap & gown:
- Boys- red with blue and red tassel
- Girls- red with blue and red tassel

Click on "Find a studio near you," click the drop-down menu to find our state (Hawaii), then click on "Waipahu"
Click "Schedule Studio Session"
Parents need to CREATE AN ACCOUNT to book an appointment, from there they can select the date and time (The schedule is only available 30 days out from the current day)

2-3 weeks after the photo session, the session ID and access code will be sent via email (the email the account was made with)

Select a headshot in the required outfits on the website
Call 1-800-736-4775 (call center) BEFORE 12:00PM (Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time) with the proof number for the second casual photo (vertical images only)
Order photos by February for a better chance of receiving prints by graduation

Throughout the season, log in and approve images. I will provide updates occasionally to give you an idea of the number of appointments and those who have been photographed. We may need your help to encourage students to book appointments.
Ensure the Yearbook 1 selection meets the requirements: (head and shoulders photo with no hands) boys in at least a collared shirt, and girls in a dress-code-approved top
Ensure the Yearbook 2 selection meets the requirements: any pose on any background in vertical orientation in a dress-code-approved outfit
You may also use the portal to help students select images if they are having trouble selecting online or contacting the call center
Once all the images are approved (by you) with the correct name spelling and meet all proper guidelines, you can order your yearbook images. It will take about 2 weeks for images to be delivered on a thumb drive to your school.
Use the images to flow into your yearbook, and let us know if there are any issues.
