Aloha Searider Family,

To help us keep all students safe and protect their privacy, we have established specific procedures for dropping off and picking up students from campus. All visitors must check in at the front office upon arrival. Our staff will work with families of students with unique needs to arrange any necessary accommodations to ensure each child's safety and access needs. Mahalo for your understanding and support as we work together to create a secure and caring learning environment for everyone.

Student Drop-Off and Pick-Up in Front of Campus
  • Vehicles must enter through the main entrance.

  • Drivers can either go straight or turn left when entering the parking lot.

    • If continuing straight into the parking lot, remain in the right-hand lane and pull forward as far as possible before stopping.

    • If taking a left, remain between the left and right parking stalls. Pull forward as far as possible before stopping.

  • *No stopping or parking in the through lane.
  • Staff will be available to assist students who may need additional time or mobility assistance during drop-off and pick-up.

Student Drop-off and Pick-Up in Back of Campus
  • Vehicles enter through the baseball cattle gate.

  • Upon entering the parking lot, proceed to the right to drop off your child off.

During the School Day Pick-Up
  • Please check in at the main office when picking up your child early — parents should not go directly to the classroom.

  • The office will notify the classroom, and your child will be brought to the office or designated area for pick-up.

  • This process ensures that only authorized adults have access to students during the school day.

End-of-Day Pick-Up
  • If your child’s dismissal plan includes parent pick-up, please wait in your vehicle until your child meets you at your car.

  • To maintain safety and minimize disruptions, please do not enter the classroom during dismissal.

Why This Is Important
  • These procedures help protect student safety, privacy, and access.

  • In case of an emergency, we need the “Through Lane” (middle lane) to be clear for emergency vehicles to enter quickly.

Once school ends, traffic can back up as cars exit campus and wait to merge with oncoming traffic on Farrington Highway. Please be patient and plan accordingly.

We appreciate your partnership in following these guidelines. By working together, we help ensure that every student is learning in a safe and respectful environment.

Mahalo for your Cooperation!
